burpee challenge

every day for a week, do two more burpees than you could the day before

four kinds of burpees make up this challenge:

classic burpees with no jump

classic burpees with a jump

burpees with a med ball but no jump

burpees with a med ball and a jump

the rules:

1. perform as many of each type of burpee as you can

2. every day for a week, perform two more in each category than you did the day before**

3.  take as many breaks as you like allowing you to keep the form clean

4. record your maximum of each type of burpee daily

**it’s probably best to start with the hardest ones first (ie the burpees with a med ball and a jump) otherwise you might burn out during the easier ones and not be able to complete the last part of the challenge**
