every day for a week, hold plank for 10 seconds longer than the day before

Yup, uh-huh.
the rules:
1. do the most you can do on day 1 – not fewer (that’s cheating!!)
2. each day increase the the hold by ten seconds
3. if you come down to the floor, you’ve had it and you have to start again … tough!
4. repeat until you’ve held your plank for at least 10 seconds longer than the day before
5. record your longest time in each plank position daily
