tuck jumps challenge

every day for a week, do two more tuck jumps than the day before

just the one kind … believe me, it’s enough

the rules:

1. perform as many tuck jumps within a minute as you can

2. every day for a week, perform two more than you did the day before

3. take as many breaks as you need to perform the requisite number with good form

4. record your maximum tuck jumps daily
