star jumps challenge

every day for a week, do more star-jumps (aka jumping jacks) within a minute than the day before

there’s more than one kind of star-jump!  This challenge includes the following:

half star-jumps (both arms go up while stepping wide with alternating feet)

classic star-jumps (jump the feet wide and narrow, mirroring the feet with the arms)

clap star-jumps (perform a classic star jump, but clap the hands at the top of the jump)

x-jumps (both feet leave the floor in the wide position)

the rules:

1. perform as many of each type of star-jump within a minute as you can

2. every day for a week, perform more in each category than you did the day before

3.  if you don’t make it … start again!

4. record your maximum star-jumps in each position daily
