jumping
hopping (right)
reverse jumping
hopping (left)
skipping
the rules:
1. record the longest time you can skip in each leg position
2. each day skip for one minute longer in each position
3. if you trip, fall or otherwise stop, you have to start again
4. repeat until you’ve skipped for at least a minute longer in each position than the previous day
5. record your longest time in each skipping position daily
