In order to motivate myself and keep it real, as well as allowing myself measurably to improve, I’ve decided to give myself a weekly challenge.
Challenges are tricky little biscuits.
They have to be easy enough to be achievable, but hard enough to be of any value. I’m going to focus on something different each week and hopefully get some measurable results to be proud of!
None of these challenges is intended to be a complete work out – they’re just a daily complement for fun to keep motivated!
